Each applicant aged 18 and above is subject to a $45 application fee. The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent for all floorplans. Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; additionally, we charge a monthly $13 Legion, LLC Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability. Electricity is invoiced by and paid directly to the provider.
